why this work

I come from Mumbai, a city that teaches you to keep moving. You figure it out. You push through. You go.

When I moved to Toronto, I had to learn a new pace. Speak softer. Be more polite. Ask differently. Adapt. Somewhere in the middle of building a new life, I started losing myself.

Then I got the job I wanted.

I was working in the corporate world and building the life I had worked so hard for. On paper, it looked like success. But every day, by the time work ended, I would crash. Not just tired — empty.

I didn’t realize how much I was carrying without my family, my familiar community, or the support I had grown up around.

One morning on King Street West, after a wellness event, a man looked at me and said, “Your Third Eye is blocked.” It sounds random, but something about that moment woke me up.

I stopped only doing and started listening.

Yoga became my way into listening. Somatic movement helped me understand what my body was holding. South Asian wisdom gave me a way back to myself.

Now, I support professionals and immigrants who are tired of looking like they are holding it together while feeling disconnected inside.

Through coaching, yoga, somatic movement, and nervous system regulation, I help you move from survival mode into steadiness, presence, and choice.

Because success should not require you to abandon yourself.
